Harvest Moon and other things.
I'm sooooo tired! Well, my feet hurt a whole lot because I was wearing high-heeled boots for most of the morning... so now my legs hurt. Anyway I'm working on a new mood theme for this thing. I took off the baby one I had made a LOOOOONG Time ago and it's around time that I get to it and draw a new one. Anyway, I was looking for my Harvest Moon fix. Really I was looking to see what my child would look like since I just married Skye and I'm pregnant...yes, in the game, not in real life. LOL I wanted to see the options and I stumbled on to this... OMG!!! I NEED IT! I also need a Wii but that's another journal. LOL

Jogging / Walking for total Beginers
For total beginners looking for a running or walking challenge. All those couch potatoes looking to get in shape or those who are looking to lose weight, you've come to the right place. You can walk or jog your way to fitness. It's not a competition, but a way to push each other to reach our goals. I'm a beginner as well, coming back to walking after an illness and having gained too much weight during my recovery time. I will be taking it slow, walking/jogging for 30 minutes a day for the next month. The challenge will begin on February 01, 2008. This is my Get Running 30/30 Plan Week 1 1-. Walk to warm up for 10 minutes, no running or jogging, it's a warm-up. 2-. For the next 15 minutes do an intervals of 30 second jogging then back to walking until recovery, then back to 30 seconds of jogging, then back to walking until recovery, I will do this until the 15 minutes are up. 3-. I've been lazy yesterday and today and I haven't run... Bad Bri... Gotta stay on track Bri-Bri... Sorry... sometimes I talk and write to myself, would that be considered odd? *shrug* Doesn't matter. Anyways, I'm going to be painting my room and decorating it. YAY! I'm excited. I'm looking at paint swatches, I've got lots and lots of them. I can't decide. I'll upload the colors I like the most once I get it down to two or three.

Don't stop shaking it!
I'm running! As you already know I bought the Nike+ device for the nano iPod and I'm back to running on my treadmill. Actually, before I even bought the Nike+ device I decided that this year would be the year that I run a marathon. I even chose which marathon, the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco. It isn't till October, so it gives me time to train and condition my body to running a whole marathon. So I jumped on the treadmill and I'm already improving my endurance. YAY! *does a happy dance* I'm in a great mood and I'm feeling stronger already. Yea, I'm all sore and slow in the mornings, but it's totally worth the effort! Now, I should be going to bed, goodnight!
